As each item is handmade to order, returns or refunds will not be allowed. Please understand that all items are handmade and will have minor imperfections by nature.
If your item is received damaged, please email us at info@bluewinestudio.com within 14 days of arrival. Send us a message with the picture of the damaged item, and we will take care of everything you need! We will handcraft another item for you and ship out as soon as possible.
All of our products are handmade to order. Each order will be ready to ship out within 5-7 business days. We ship by USPS First Class, which generally takes 3-5 days to arrive within the US. International orders could take anywhere from 10-14 days to arrive.
